Applied online with over 100 submissions. After submitting my application, within a couple hours I received an email titled " First Step Kickoff", where I was asked to complete a case study. They make it clear that everyone gets the opportunity to do the case study. The request is a big ask, given the amount of data and videos provided that need to be reviewed to complete the case study. I took 2-3 hours to review the data and put together my recommendations. I received an automatic decline after 2 days. Very labor intensive to be declined without an initial screening.
