      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clipboard

      Interview

I was excited about the opportunity and felt like my background aligned well with the role. After submitting my resume, I was asked to complete a case study, which I put several hours into and felt really confident about. Unfortunately, shortly after submitting the project, I received a generic rejection email with no feedback and no interaction with a real person. It was discouraging to invest time and thought into a project without any conversation or acknowledgment. If a company is going to ask for that level of work upfront, it would be nice to see a bit more care and respect shown in return.
