The process is too hard and difficult using case studies and spark hire video.also when they reject you they do not give a reason on why they reject you and how long you should wait to reapply

Interview process is a setup for stealing your experience and knowledge. They give you tons of work to do, but basically share all your knowledge for free and then don't make you an offer. They also specifically state, you will not be paid for your time. It took me 5 1/2 hours to complete the assessment. All they do is steal your ideas. Same as what others are saying on Glassdoor.
