I interviewed with Charlotte Makepeace. After spending 10 minutes on the phone, she sent me a case study to complete. It was exactly the type of work I do on a daily basis, so I know my submission was excellent. I spent about 3 hours polishing it and making sure I'd addressed every little detail. Got an almost immediate rejection. Charlotte said in the interview that the case study was a situation they'd had to deal with. I'm pretty sure they're currently dealing with it and wanted to get case studies with solutions rather than pay a contractor to help them.
