After the application, I was given a take-home case study. I emailed Ray for some clarification about the study and was not answered. I worked over the weekend, for free, to turn this around. Only to get a very generic "no thank you" rejection email. The experience was overall disappointing and disheartening. Please only give case studies to those you want to interview. This was a waste of my time.

Trust their reviews and don't bother about making an interview with them. Time consuming interview, in which "they appreciate your time and effort to complete it and encourage you to keep applying" but they won't care about providing feedback. Shame.
