I seriously regret not checking Glassdoor and Reddit before applying — I would’ve saved myself a ton of wasted time. Here’s the rundown:
1. Every single person applying for the Strategy role gets sent a case study — no screening, no conversation, just straight to the assignment.
2. The case is massive: spreadsheets, 16 voice call transcripts, and you’re expected to turn that into a polished 4-page strategy summary.
3. Based on every review on Glassdoor, Reddit, and X, it’s the same impersonal process for every Strategy & Ops applicant.
4. It takes at least a full day, but I poured three days into it — building out thoughtful analysis and a detailed strategy report.
5. What do you get after all that? An instant auto-rejection. No feedback, no human contact, no acknowledgment that someone even read it.
Honestly, it feels like free consulting work masked as hiring — and they’re wasting people’s time without a second thought.
