The process was quite unusual, but in my view, extremely efficient. After applying, I received an email with a case assignment and, unlike many others here on Glassdoor, I was genuinely excited to work on it. I truly believe it’s much easier to show whether we’re a good fit for a role by getting hands-on. After submitting the case, I went through three interviews before receiving the offer, with about a week between each stage. Everyone I spoke with truly valued the work I submitted, were very attentive, and fully present throughout the interviews. Most of the questions in each stage focused on the case and my thought process behind it.
