spoke with the interviewer who indicated I would continue on to the next phase of the interview process. For this, I was to complete a case study. The case study took 2+ hours to complete. I submitted it and did not hear anything. I followed up days later to make sure they had received it...I heard nothing. My experience tells me how a company treats you in the interview process is how they will treat you as an employee............
