Interview
After I applied, I received a written assignment which I did. It took me a couple hours to do and I actually didn't mind it. I understand why this might be asked, although I know this bothers some people. Next, I got a chance to interview. The interview consisted of some regarding the written project but also included a scenario of the interviewer acting as an upset school principal about some of the substitute teachers that had been in the school, and you were supposed to respond as if you were in this position. This was a little tricky because without know how the company typically responds to situations you're just making stuff up and wondering if it falls in line with SOPs so there's that. Clearly, my interview wasn't strong enough because that's where my journey ended with this company. Interviewer was nice enough.

Question 1
How would you handle a principal that was upset by a sub that worked within the school? How would you pacify them and make them want to continue partnership with Clipboard? (This isn't word for word, but the main idea.)
