Interview
I initially applied through LinkedIn since it had an "Easy Apply". A few days later I received an email from the hiring team to respond to some questions regarding my training experience through a form provided on their website.
Then I received an interview request. Super weird but they recorded the interview. I've never had that type of experience before and found it quite strange to be honest. They had said during the interview that if I had moved forward I would have had to put together a sample training curriculum.
I heard back within two hours that they were not interested in moving forward.
