first round was a series of questions on my background and how I would improve where I previously worked / change decisions the CEO made second round was a take-home case with data and the prompt was to develop a PRD on a solution based on the data. Gave 1.5 weeks to work on it. There were a few wording and data errors on the assignment which a once over on their end would have solved but they responded quickly to clarify the data errors and the prompt. after sending the assignment, they did not acknowledge receiving it nor did they get back to me on next steps. Super unprofessional - I do hate when people say companies want to use them for free ideas but in this case, this may be what they are doing or just overall unprofessional

Worst recruiting experience I have had. After going through a very basic first interview that was more informational than anything, the next step was already to send me a business case to complete. The business case was fairly broad (revamping the entire pricing model of the company!) and they specifically requested that the answer should be very detailed with calculations so that it should be usable by their teams. That kind of work would take days if not weeks in a real-world scenario so I had to invest probably at least 20 hours of my time. After submitting my response, they did not respond for 2 weeks (despite my follow-ups)! After 2 weeks, they apologize for the delay and tell me that the case is under review and that they will contact me to schedule a review. Another 2 weeks go and another apologetic email comes to tell me that they would like my availability for an interview with "someone on the team" in the next 2 weeks. At this point, I just decided to cut my losses and told them that I was withdrawing my application. I still wonder if they just use these interviews to get people free work from applicants... Do not waste your time with this company!
