I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clipboard (California, PA) in Dec 2021
Interview
It was friendly. The interviewers operated like humans and not robots. I had 4 levels - 1 being text case, and then 3 interviews.
I wrote the test case where I was given a scenario, after I passed, I was interviewed by the team lead, HR, and then the overall manager of the department. I had my salary negotiation at the first interview.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and how you can contribute to the growth of the company?
The selection process was ridiculous, disrespectful, and lacked seriousness. I applied for the position, received an email with a complex case study that took me many hours to complete. The recruiter never replied to me. I sent her an email seeking feedback and was completely ignored. Weeks later, I received an email from another recruiter informing me that my application for the position of "Chat Associate" (a completely different role than the one I applied for) would not proceed. Don’t waste your time, this company is a scam, a complete fraud.

Question 1
A ridiculous case study - exploring the candidates to do the free work that they don't want to do.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Clipboard (Manila, Manila) in Nov 2019
Interview
The fair interview process gives the applicant a chance to share and prove her worth for the position she/he is applying for. No discrimination. The interview wants to know the applicant's capabilities and confirm if they are a good fit for the role.
