I have to say it is a really bad experience. First I applied for Sales Ops Engineer role, for which the job description is mainly ETL pipeline, Python and data engineer work. However they send me a very detailed, end-to-end case, which is 100% saleforce engineer work. They asked me to do a over 40-hour, over 200MB data, real-life project, and even asked me to do a video introduction for sales operations (who don't even know what tech is) to understand my project. I spent 40 hours, made the video, made a very detailed readme file and python script of how to automatically run this project. It is a very sophisticated project, involves data cleaning, apex classes in Salesforce and also made a dashboard for them to use in Salesforce. The project is so detailed I think they can actually use it right away without any other modification, it's based on real data and real life problems. They rejected me in one week without any explanation, I sincerely feel so disrespectful. Avoid this type of company and anyone interested can check out my github repo!
