For context, in mid-September we shifted to providing more general feedback due to the volume of submissions we were receiving. We've since realized this was the wrong tradeoff to make. As of this week, we've reversed that decision and are once again providing specific, actionable feedback to all candidates who complete the assessment, regardless of the outcome.
We're also re-reviewing our email triage systems to ensure candidates can reach us when they have questions, as we genuinely want to be responsive. If you have additional questions or feedback, please reach out to techrecruiting@clipboardhealth.com and someone from our team will respond within one week.
