CloudKitchens Design Manager interview questions

Three months long interview process with unclear directions and milestones. After three interviews with three individuals, I was asked to submit a design presentation outlining a Cloudkitchens design concept, strategy and floor plans to present to a panel of 7. During the panel, some of the interviewers did not seem to know the role they were interviewing based on questions they asked. After the panel and they reached out to my work reference. The recruiter called three days later and told me I didn’t do well for my exercise but my reference was great. She asked me to do another exercise but without telling me what would the salary be even though that was already my fifth time speaking to CloudKitchens. I politely turned it down since it wasn’t going anywhere.
