After applying online, I had a brief discussion with a recruiter. For the second round of the process, I spoke with the Head of Workplace in the U.S. She understood I was green but she saw a lot of potential in me. I was sent through to the final round, interviewing in office and meeting the rest of the Workplace team. I felt very welcomed and excited to join the projects they were working on. I was called about a week later with an offer. The dreams of bringing an excellent employee experience program to the workplace were much harder to execute once I was hired but this was out of our control, we did the best we could.
