I went through their interview process after being contacted by a recruiter. The process took several weeks with multiple rounds: Initial Coding Round - Data structure and parsing problem Take-home Coding Challenge - 5-hour timed challenge focusing on concurrency and thread-safety Code Deep-Dive - 1-hour discussion of your solution with live modifications Architecture Presentation - Present a previous project's architecture (expectations unclear) Incident Response Round - 10 minutes to read unfamiliar system documentation, 10 minutes to propose improvements Concerns: Heavy reliance on luck, especially in the incident response round where you're expected to troubleshoot systems you've never seen Unclear evaluation criteria, particularly for the architecture round Difficult to prepare effectively given the breadth and unpredictability Many opportunities to be eliminated across 5+ rounds Ultimately I was not selected. The process felt more time consuming than interviews at top-tier tech companies. Hard to recommend investing the time unless you're very confident in your fit.
