Interview process was semi-organized. What was communicated to be 3 rounds & a skills assessment turned out to be 5 rounds, an HR strategy deck that took 20 hours to complete, an in person 90-minute presentation of the 30-slide strategy deck, and another skills assessment (coding). The work was essentially "free consulting" under the guise of a job interview. A quick search on LinkedIN & the company website shows the job position removed & no one hired for the role. Be wary of interviews where you are given 3 pages of single-spaced questions, given emails to "edit" your slides before a 90-minute presentation (hmm..... did they not have the budget for Bain Consulting?) & then the HR manager goes MIA for 2-weeks after the ordeal. This place is the WeWork of food.
