I was called by a recruiter. Pretty good talk and scheduled a tech interview. The tech interview was in coderpad, where I was given a programming challenge. The interviewer called at the wrong time - in the middle of meetings at work. When we finally did sync, the interviewer did not introduce himself and asked me no questions. He pointed me to the coding challenge where I read the instructions.
