I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CloudKitchens (Dubai) in Sep 2020
Interview
Internal recruiter reached out on Linkedin, scheduled a 1:1 interview over IP.
The recruiter is clearly fishing for market intelligence from people working in F&B/Delivery Startups and they not really hiring, don't share any confidential information with them or share inaccurate figures.
They've been "hiring" for 6 months in UAE, I heard they approached several people in my network and disappeared after gathering data, so I was prepared not to share anything with them.
This is definitely an Uber 2.0 kind of culture/strategy, they are just not as intelligent in hiding their motives.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CloudKitchens in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process went quickly but there was no communication after the interviews. I went through the entire process and then no one followed up with me even after I reached out to every hiring manager. Finally I found a different recruiter through LinkedIn and was told they went another direction. 2 weeks later, a new recruiter reached out to me to apply for the same position. I let them know I had already gone through the interview process and they told me they did not see that in their system/notes. Really unorganized experience and it makes me wonder how unorganized they are as a company.
