I was emailed by a recruiter due to my experience in food delivery logistics operation. My preliminary interview went well, and I was schedule for another interview 1 week later with a regional manager. After my 2nd interview, 2 weeks into the process, I was issued an Analytics Test, which was 2 hours long and very challenging. I was granted another interview after passing the test (I assume), but the next interview didn't take place until now 3 weeks into the process. After my 3rd interview I was provided a case study which I had to analyze and apply my own experience to, ultimately providing an hour long PPT presentation on how to expand business in my area. I was asked to revise it once, and then granted a "final interview/ presentation" call with 3 regional managers. This final interview, 1.5 months after my preliminary interview, went very well until the topic of my newly enrolled 6 hours PMBA program came up. The attitude shifted immediately and one manager even left the call 20 minutes early. I was told on Monday afternoon that a decision would be made by the end of the week, but I didn't hear back Friday or Monday after sending a follow-up email. Late Tuesday night I got a generic email stating that they would be pursuing other applicants. I firmly believe I didn't receive the position due to the 6 hours of school (remote) that they thought would get in the way, despite explaining the small demand of time and direct application of my courses to this role. At the end of the day, I applied for my MBA after I started the interview process. Yes, CloudKitchens takes longer than an MBA program to accept applicants! The whole thing felt like a phish for information and ideas to benefit their company, and I fell for the bait. I do not recommend subjecting yourself to the process. It's unlikely to benefit anyone but CK, TK, and CSS.
