Their idea of an interview is to get a market perspective from you. They have no intent to hire you seems like. After making you do a 25page long ppt - they come back with ridiculous reasons.
I would suggest you do not waste time on interviewing with them. Since it's a startup with a great CEO - let's hope that the India Team will improve.
