Recruiter contacted me which was a normal interview. This led to a call with the hiring manager who was so casual, dropping the occasional F-bomb, which didn't really bother me but just came across as unprofessional. After the first interview they gave a case study which was honestly the most insane case I've been given. Multiple P/Ls, building strategies, hunting the web for data, calling people to interview them for info. All in took north of 24 working hours. This goes into a presentation that you give to a small committee who grills you on all your assumptions (having the actual answers and judging any assumption on accuracy not conceptual direction). Effectively scraping you for all your knowledge. I was then left in the cold for two weeks, exceeding when they would reply to me to then follow up and get a generic thanks but no thanks email.
