Was referred internally. Started with an initial phone screen, then a call with the hiring manager, then finally an in person panel interview. Overall pretty easy process, declined the offer because I did not feel company culture was great.
Difficult process and lengthy. Not worth the time and efforts. Check the company reviews and follow the process and evaluate the situation and compare and contrast your findings with what the results are of your work in a way that will be better for your team in future years than you yrwy to

Recruiter was great but digging into the company's background reveals some interesting skeletons; the founder, its funding, and the products themselves (outside of Otter) seem fundamentally risky. I didn't think it would be a good long term company play.
