Super long and bureaucratic selection process.
Initial interview, you already have to fill and sign an NDA, something out of the '00s.
First phase: Initial call with a tech recruiter, 30m long.
Second phase: Long call with a developer, 60m long.
Third Phase: Algorithm challenges and other really over-the-top questions 1-2h.
Fourth phase: Architectural challenges, not sure why they would add that for a developer position, 1-2h.
Fifth phase: Designer question UI/UX, again, very unnecessary for a developer position, ~1h.
Sixth phase: a 3-4h coding challenge, where you have to build a solution from scratch.
Before each phase, they prepare you, either by mail or call, so it adds even more time to the overall process.
After that, I'm not sure what would be the next steps, because I decided it was too much of a waste of time and decided to participate in a more objective selection process.
