One of their recruiters messaged me on LinkedIn about a Senior account executive role, but during the interview, I quickly realized she was talking about a non-senior role that paid less. When I brought that up and she said she doesn’t write her own messages so it was someone else on her team and then said they’ll contact me if they’re hiring for the actual role. I couldn’t believe that was her excuse, either they're so unorganized or it was a deliberate bait and switch, either way, I don't recommend
