There are 5 phases within the interview process. Before the interview process begins you are asked to sign an NDA for confidentially purposes of the company. 1) Phone call with the recruiter, which was a generic conversation about yourself, the role, and the last topic was expected salary. 2) Zoom conversation with the Regional Manager. This meeting was again to discuss about yourself and your goals. The manger then repeated some of the topics discussed with the Recruiter. 3) You are given a Case Study which takes a substantial amount of time. This exercise includes a hypothetical design exercise, a prompt question, and should an include a professional or academic project. 4) Presentation to a Panel 5) Offer Letter
