The interview process began with an initial screening call with a recruiter to assess general fit and discuss your background and interest in the role. The recruiter also described their time-consuming technical interviews (7+ hours if go to final) in advance so that people have limited time availability can quit.

Approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Passed the first two technical screening rounds, then they gave me a take-home assignment. After submission, they said they want to have a dive-deep interview on this project. Then they sent two engineers who did not quite understand the code, and asked lots of unprofessional questions. No, thanks. I do not want to work with this kind of people. The whole process took about 2-3 months. What a waste of time.
