Interview
Cloudbeds as a company is great, I really like working here but the recruitment process has a lot to be improved on. It takes on average 2 months from the moment you apply to actually finishing the process. There's an English test, a video interview with pre-recorded questions and finally a live interview with the hiring team. The problem here is you can go 2 weeks after one of the interviews without any answer, not because they are slow, simply because they are growing very fast, and they are hiring a lot of people but the HR department is way understaffed. It's just too much for the number of people they have. On the bright side, once you do finish the recruitment process and get hired, the rest of the company is pretty good and balanced.
One-way interview with eight questions. They provide a varied amount of"think time" prior to each questions but no option to repeat or pause once you start recording! The clock ticking is definitely a factor that can make someone nervous! Also, make sure you have Flash player on your computer so you have no tech issues. You've got just one shot!
