Interview
I went through several interviews and the last lady that interviewed me seemed excited about me and told me that she was definitely going to put me through to the next phase. I never heard a single word from anyone after that. I'm not sure if they forgot about me or changed their mind for some reason. If they did change their mind, which would be very odd after the enthusiasm that was displayed, I would have to say that it was unprofessional to not let me know that they decided to go in a different direction.
