I had a very positive interview with Cloudbeds. First I completed a one way video interview which, after getting over my personal awkwardness of being on camera and recording myself, was pretty straight forward. After that I did 3 virtual interviews with various people at Cloudbeds. The front half of the process was lengthier than the back half of the process. My interviews were comfortable and provided thought provoking questions that made me feel valued. It definitely felt like a 2 way interview with people who were warm, friendly, and transparent. I am looking forward to joining the team!
