Interview
I understand why remote companies have a rigorous interview process to ensure they find the right fit. But it was very disappointing to get to my 4th step in the interview process only to have the [Canada Based] Regional Sales Manager barely give you the time of day. The interview was scheduled to be an hour and she only asked me three questions before she said she had to go. I felt it was in very bad taste, given I had to call off work for this interview and I could barely tell her my background before she cut me off and said she had to go.
I had a chance to speak with the HR team, my direct manager and the director. Everyone was warm and welcoming (despite the interview being purely remote) albeit the process too long.
