Interview
I applied for a position and immediately heard back from the Recruiter to gather my available slots for an interview. I submitted my availability on their tool not 5 minutes later after receiving my first out reach, only to be ghosted for an entire week. I followed up in the email outreach 3 days after submitting my availability, and didn't hear back still. There were 3 people cc-ed on the thread, but no one followed up or replied. I only heard back a week later only to ask if I can meet in the next hour based on the availability I shared ONE WEEK AGO - and I was no longer available.
During the screen I shared that I can join in less than a month from the date of the screen, and was told they would prefer someone who can join immediately. At the same time they also told me that they have 4 separate rounds of interviews post-Recruiter screen. This is a rather confusing expectation to have since they would need some time to interview everyone and onboard someone anyway?
The impression I got from this experience was that the team has poor processes and unrealistic expectations.

Interview was rescheduled once. When HM finally joined the call, she was late and didn’t even apologies. Asked 100 questions in 15 minutes, felt like filling the form. An advice, next time make sure your candidates feeling comfortable and relax during an interview, you should know these things as a recruiter yourself.
