No screener call with recruiter- received an email to book time with hiring manager. Good conversation in which the hiring manager told me I’d move on to the next round and what the next steps would be. Then - nothing! Ghosted! Unresponsive recruiter. I didn’t experience all the interview rounds, but I really appreciate that they have so many. It’s not great for either side to roll into a new job without proper vetting.
