First stage interview with the Manager and then second stage sales role play. Not an easy interview. Need to know the products of the company very well. Unfortunately did not proceed to the next step of the interview process.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Cloudflare
Interview
The interview process is long and arduous. For such a large company, it doesn't feel like the left hand knows what the right hand is doing. I interviewed with three different hiring managers and had a total of eight interviews with them over four months before I was informed that they'd chosen other candidates.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cloudflare (Austin, TX) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process was very long but efficient in my experience. The hiring manager was very nice and communicative, they helped speed the process along and ensured things went smoothly at every step. STUDY. A LOT. Do your research on your interviewers, familiarize yourself with Cloudflare's products, and really take the time to be organized for the mock discovery call interview. Always have 3-5 questions ready to ask your interviewers as well, and try to avoid the basic "What's the salary? What's PTO like?" etc. Good questions show them you're as invested in the job as they are in hiring you. Really make sure you have strong, personalized answers for "why Cloudflare?" and "why tech sales?"
