Went through phone screen + 8 rounds of interviews (hiring manager, case study, Orange Cloud, 4 loop interviews) and then ghosted. For a company centered around transparency that regularly publishes a transparency report, a simple communication for a recruiting process is basic courtesy and should be standard operating procedure. Unfortunately, it wasn't the experience here.
