Overall the interview process was great. They had me talk to lots of different people in different roles to get an idea of the company and culture. It is in a growth phase so they were very open with with they were looking for and where the company is going.

Interview
The interview process was challenging and super rewarding but it requires you to truly do your homework. I got to meet with a wide variety of teams who wanted to know how I dealt with specific experiences, how much I knew about Cloudflare, the competition, and how I thought on my feet. The process moved quickly, I was responded to promptly, and I felt sold on joining the company without actually meeting my manager in person or seeing the office I'd be working with.
