Interview
I never spoke with the recruiter - they sent me straight to the hiring manager. We had what I thought was a good conversation; at the end of the call, she told me she wanted to move me through to the next round. I never heard from anyone at Cloudflare again 🤷♀️

I applied online. I interviewed at Cloudflare (London, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
I had an interview with the hiring manager, recruiter and a loop with a panel interview (5 interviews as part of the panel) and presentation. It became pretty clear that they had no intentions to hire me which became obvious in the panel presentation as they were super unengaged and didn’t ask any questions yet they made me go through it and made me waste 20+ hours of my time and have 4 Senior managers waste their time too. Overall, an awful process which just wastes everyone’s time. It would be a much better experience for everyone if you only schedule the panel presentation for the candidates you intend to hire or give everyone an actual fair shot during the panel presentation. I had various panels as part of my current job search and Cloudflare was by far the worst interview experience overall.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudflare in Feb 2022
Interview
It went through > 7 rounds in less than 2 weeks and was given multiple positive feedback from key stakeholders that they are keen to make offer . Days and Week passed the committed response timeline and they reverted is still a positive hire and to keep me warm and assured while they are sorting internal administrative matters .
Finally responded to say no ..
Is common not to proceed or get an offer from a job interview. In this case , the whole experience was upsetting, frustrating and false or inaccurate representation given time and again. The time lost.
The entire process was losing the essence of respect and trust management . Not because it was not offer .
