First I submitted a resume and cover letter. Then I had a first interview with the hiring manager, following that I had two more rounds one with colleague and one with leadership. The content of the interviews was pretty similar across rounds.

Although the HR Manager was professional and supportive, the overall four-stage recruitment process felt disappointing. While I was encouraged to reach out with questions, my follow-up emails did not receive responses. At the same time, candidates were expected to demonstrate significant flexibility, including attending interviews to accommodate US time zones. The interview with the potential mentor was particularly challenging. The discussion did not fully follow the predefined topic sand. The tone felt more skeptical than exploratory.The interviewer displayed a noticeable lack of inclusive communication, showing visible impatience with my accent and maintaining a dismissive, non-verbal posture that made the environment feel unwelcoming.After investing considerable time, receiving a generic automated rejection without feedback was discouraging.
