Interview
1 phone screen with basic questions, resume interpretation and so on. After that there was a phone interview with the head of the SDR team. The questions were pretty basic. Lastly there was an onsite interview with five different people.
The onsite interview was very disjointed and fairly unprofessional. To start I don't think any of the interviewers had looked at my resume or knew anything about me prior to the interview (aside from the team leader who I phone interviewed with). They seemed to be asking off of a script of questions ( I had to wait a minute for them to pull it up on their phone).
There was typically a 5-10 minute lag of me waiting in the conference room for the next interviewer and when one person left they seemed to have no idea who was interviewing me next. My last interviewer didn't seem to know what to do with me when she concluded her questions, I had to inform her that I was pretty sure she was the last person.
After the interview was over and based off of my original apprehension I was fairly certain I would decline an offer if they gave one... but something weird happened. The hiring manager emailed me to schedule a 30 minute call with the SDR team lead. That to me indicated a job offer, or a discussion about a different role. In reality it was just the team lead telling me that they had gone a different direction. I had decided that I would decline and so I wasn't really bothered by this, but scheduling a 30 minute call to take 30 seconds to tell someone you aren't offering them a job is very bizarre.

Interview
I scheduled a 30 minute video interview with a recruiter after a short phone call and was not selected to proceed to the next round. The interview itself was not very technical and was mainly a personality fit interview asking common questions about my previous experience.
