Was contacted by a recruiter to sent up an phone interview with the hiring manager. The time was set and the hiring manager never called. I had set aside time for the call, so it was a complete waste of my time. The recruiter didn't respond when I emailed and asked if the call needed to be rescheduled. Unprofessional.
