One of the worst recruitment experiences thus far. Applied online and the recruiter reached out to set up an initial phone screen. On the day of the phone screen the recruiter calls, does not even take a minute to explain the role/company or learn more about me and my experience. The recruiter says "Hello" and then jumps to "Why Cloudflare?". Throughout the interview the recruiter sounded kind of disinterested and all the responses to my question was given in 2 or 3 words. I still gave it my best shot and even sent a follow-up email to know the next steps. One month went by, no response. Then I get an e-mail from the recruiter to set up an initial phone screen again. This clearly shows that there is no proper tracking, neither do they value the time and effort the candidate puts in to appear for an interview. The HR team is the first insight to how an organization is, going by my current experience only speaks about the organization's lack of values.
