I was contacted by their in-house recruiter who scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager for the following week. Half an hour after scheduled time, this interview was canceled. Re-scheduled for the following week, the interview was canceled 15 minutes prior. I was not given a reason. I didn't hear from them (did not receive any answers to my emails!) for 3 months, when they reached out to schedule the interview again. I interviewed with the hiring manager, came into the office the next week for an interview with the hiring manager and other members of the team. They seemed ill-prepared in what they were trying to get from these interviews. I followed up with both the recruiter and the hiring manager and never heard anything back. Cloudflare needs to understand that hiring a candidate is a two-way process and candidates still need to actually want to work there after this is done. This left a bad taste in my mouth.
