Most of the interview process was pretty smooth and straightforward. Had a couple of rounds of phone interviews. Recruiter was on top of things scheduling the on-site (consisted of 4 interviews and lunch with the team). I was told I'd hear within 3 days, didn't hear back for 2 weeks.
Reached out to the recruiter, who replied saying the team was taking its team submitting feedback. A few days after that, I got an email from someone I had not met/interacted with at all saying I had not been selected. They gave no reasons, and both the second person and the original recruiter have been silent when I reached out to them for feedback.
After an onsite, I'd expect at least the courtesy rejection by phone with at least superficial, high-level feedback if nothing else. An otherwise positive interview experience was soured by the slow response and lack of professionalism at the end.
