Very unprofessional. The hiring manager mails for an introductory call and gives a calendar link to fill in availability. No response for after then and suddenly there's a mail from hiring manager saying that are you available on this date and time. What was the point in asking for availability then?
After that a call with one of the team member is set up, which by the way was scheduled for 45 mins out of which, the interviewer calls 5 mins late and asks questions based on your experience and tells you to compare things ( he asked me to compare ubuntu and centos ). I thought it went well and when I mail for follow up with next steps, I get the standard rejection template. Come on guys, at least treat your candidates in some respectable fashion.
