I applied through other source. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudflare (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
First step was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Second step was a practical take-home exercise involving the type of analytics associated with the job. I had one week to complete, which was a reasonable amount of time. The task was fairly open-ended with four questions, two quantitative and two qualitative. This was followed up on-site with a series of interviews, 45-min each with six people. We also had a group lunch with six people on the team. Final step is a 20-min phone interview with either the CEO, or one of three other designated members of the executive team. They do this to demonstrate their commitment to their people and to ensure the company culture stays on track. It's a nice touch.
The recruiter and I had a phone discussion after I turned in the takehome assignment. Mostly he guided me through the process rather than weeding me out. The recruiting coordinator, separate person, set up all the calendar events and handled the logistics and coordination.

Question 1
Questions were typical and not unexpected. They had more to do with the experience and personality of the interviewer than a question bank set by the company.

Question 1
How i built customer success programs in previous roles
Extensive and thorough interview process that consists of several rounds of interviews, a mock customer call and a presentation/project (depending on role). Last step is a brief call with C-suite exec
The recruiting team is inept. I applied early for this role and received confirmation but never a rejection. The role was repeatedly listed and re-posted but this company never reached out to me. I applied again and again and was ignored. Recruiters need some serious training.
