The overall candidate experience left a very negative outlook on the company. There were no company values and the interviewers asked the same basic questions. Never did I feel like they wanted to get to know me and how I could fit into the company culture. They were looking for someone good on paper. I also had to remind them to give me a tour of the office! Isn't that something a company wants to show off to prospective employees? Overall they lacked communication throughout the entire process.
