I'm very disappointed in the way Cloudflare handled interviews during COVID-19. I went through a phone interview, a virtual portfolio review, and then three one-on-one virtual interviews across two months with about 1-2 weeks in between each interview. It was hard to reach the recruiter throughout the process: though he/she told me to "contact them with any questions," when I did, my questions went ignored and I received a generic "Congratulations! You've moved on to the next round" email instead. My last interview was with a senior member of the team who said I should hear back from the recruiter soon. I followed up multiple times after this interview but never heard back. I'm very disappointed that they chose to ghost me instead of rejecting me after two months of my time.
