Lengthy is the short way to put it, although some of that is definitely because Covid has shifted how companies interview. It started with a short video chat with the hiring manager. The next stage would have been an on-site full day visit with interviews with team members and a couple other folks, and was instead a series of video interviews spaced out. This included peers, adjacent managers, and finished out with another chat with the hiring manager. This second stage also accounted for a technical skills interview. Making it past that stage got me video interviews with two C-levels, and the final interview was a call with the head of HR.

Positive experience with the interview. The interview questions were mostly based on the day to day of the job and the job description. Interview experience was quite positive and good one.
