Interview
I had a two stage interview and it was not very pleasant. HR was not too bad, but the other process was a bit uncomfortable the questions they ask you. The company itself sounded to me like they don't give much people opportunities to learn and adapt which results in a toxic stressful work environment. I decided to pursue a better quality work environment else where. Not recommended.

Very lengthy interview process. Back to back 3 hours interview with different teams within a same day. Good filteration at each level. Tough interview but every one were very professional with their questions. Given enough time to prepare and answer the questions

Interview
One word: devastated.
I went through about 6 - 7 interviews with Cloudflare. Every single one felt like it went well. I had meaningful conversations, great feedback from both interviewers and the team, and even made it to the panel round. A week later, I got the email, I wasn’t moving forward.
Cloudflare has been a dream company for me. I genuinely enjoyed the process, everyone was super nice and welcoming. I’m grateful for the opportunity to interview. But it’s hard not to feel confused. When everything seems to work, when people say good things and appreciate you during the interviews, it’s difficult to make sense of a "no."
I know this post won’t change the outcome, but I just wanted to say thank you, Cloudflare, for the chance. This one stings.

Interview
I went through about 5 or 6 interviews and a couple of tests. They take you all the way to the final interview and then completely ghost you. HR are very bad at providing updates between interviews, making the process very frustrating. Overall, it was highly unprofessional. I'm happy I didn't get the offer because I was desperate and would have accepted it lol. They were transparent about the pay after the first Interview which was only 1500 euro.
